LUXLAIT – Demolition of the old factory
In 2005, Luxlait sold its industrial wasteland in the heart of Luxembourg city. In the sales contract, Luxlait committed to organize, implement and finance the suspension of their activities and the demolition of the existing plant. This mixed site, offices and factory, encountered many complexities in the dismantling, including asbestos problems, administrative permits, sale of steel products, partial remediation of soil, etc..
