12/10/2023 – LEAN-DESIGN Workshop

Our last LEAN-DESIGN Workshop was a great success!

It was an honour to bring the whole project team together for this collaborative experience. Together with our client, the future owner and the project management team (SWA Architectes & Associés, Betic SA, Pronewtech, TR-Engineering), we had the opportunity to develop a project planning using an innovative LEAN methodology.
