22/07/2024 – LEAN: GLCI – First group meeting in Luxembourg

The German Lean Construction Institute invited to the 1st practice group meeting in Luxembourg on 18 July 2024. As a proud member of the GLCI, we are part of the organising committee in the person of Tobias Brand.

At this point, many thanks to the other members of the organisation team around Pascal Selzer, Michael Scheuern and Tim Wottge for the successful meeting.

Exciting inputs from Dr.-Ing. René Huppertz and Jos Dell led to inspiring discussions on the implementation of the lean methodology in the design process. The symposium concluded with a presentation on the challenges of implementing the lean philosophy; a collaboration between Paul Wurth Geprolux and Drees & Sommer Luxembourg.
