City Council building for the City of Raunheim
The city council building of Raunheim is a multifunctional, five-story building (built in 1982) with a hotel, nursery school, library, city offices, medical practices, retail trade and flats. A revitalisation and remodelling is planned for the 1st to the 4th floors as new offices for the city council of Raunheim. A feasibility study compared the cost of renovation versus demolition and new construction.
