Daycare facility for children Niederanven
The new daycare facility is built near the school « Am Sand » on a ground of 0,87 ha. The building is able to host 400 children from 4 to 12 years old and proposes several living rooms, a canteen with large-size professional production kitchen, as well as a nursery for about 34 children. These functions are distributed over ground- and 1st floors, the basement floor is dedicated to the technical facilities. The building is a low energy category B construction. The premises provide differentiated outside playtime spaces as well as playgrounds and green areas.
