The scholar building, proposing 18 classrooms for approximately 400 students, should have been built in record time of only 12 months according to the needs of the Sportlycée.
The constructive concept (mix steel + concrete) is based on some main criteria :
1.efficient building regarding energy consumption and sustainability, and
2.construction costs optimization and quickness of execution
The energy concept follows the recommendations of the office Basler + Partner.
