New shopping centre Cactus, Roodt-sur-Syre
In order to expand its network in Luxembourg, the supermarket chain Cactus has decided to build a shopping center in Roodt-sur-Syre. With a total area of 18,000 m³, the new shopping center will include:
- At level -1: a covered/open parking lot with a total capacity of 281 spaces, a Drink Shop, technical and storage rooms, as well as restrooms;
- On the ground floor: a shopping arcade with small commercial spaces for rent, a snack area, a “Cactus” sales area with its approach reserve, as well as social rooms and office spaces;
- At level +1: (intermediate level in an above-ground attic – partial mezzanines): technical platforms, technical rooms, as well as social rooms and offices.
- The exterior arrangements include sealed surfaces mainly for circulation, outdoor parking spaces (112 spaces), a delivery area, and green spaces.
