This overall large scale project was coordinated by Paul Wurth Geprolux and included the construction of five administrative buildings and an under-ground parking of 760 parking spaces. The complexity of the project consisted in the combination of a variety of buildings including two high-rise towers that are 103m high with 26 floors, a 300m long gallery linking the newly constructed buildings with the existing buildings, the « Palais » with 5 court rooms and the building « Anneau » with the judges’ offices.
