In order to assess the state of the building ARBED and to evaluate the investments for the refurbishment for the next 10 years, Paul Wurth Geprolux realized a complete audit of the building.
The mission consisted of assess the building on the one hand from structural and architectural point of view and on the other hand regarding technical infrastructures. The technical facilities (water, sanitary, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, electricity) have been evaluated and corresponding invest costs for refurbishment were estimated.
