Paul Wurth Geprolux has been entrusted for the management of the guarantees and latent defects for the period beginning after the construction of the 4th extension of the Court. In the frame of this mission the responsibilities of the locator, having their origins in the contract between the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Court, were managed as well. A multitude of latent defects, touching various and severe technical fields as for example water tightness, structures vibrations, disorders due the effects of the weather, were taken into consideration and processed.
