This new building includes 1.200 workstations with rest areas, 2 restaurants, 1 cafeteria, 3 kitchens and 480 parking places. The front atrium of the building is covered with 35.000 m2 of glass, which opens the building up to a comfortable work setting. The building itself falls into the « Green Engineering Building», category. Historically it is the first building in Luxembourg to obtain the « green building » label ’BREEAM’. Overall the building has been oversized in floor space to allow future growth and to provide some flexibility to ensure full occupancy.
