Building owner

ArcelorMittal Kirchberg Real Estate Sàrl

Location

Luxembourg-Kirchberg

The new headquarters of ArcelorMittal is an administrative building hosting office areas to be used by the client for: offices, ArcelorMittal university campus, or a business centre for example. There is enough room for one or several other tenants, as well as shared spaces consisting of: auditorium for 200, meeting rooms, company restaurant, thematic restaurant, fitness centre, etc…

The construction program prioritizes flexibility, and is there to set out and plan the construction of 63.500m2 GFA. The future building is foreseen to be of long-term use and sustainable: the respect of the environment and biodiversity, including urban areas, both the comfort of the end users and the future generations is a major value. Aside from the “cradle to cradle“ concept, this building will meet the requirements of BREEAM outstanding, DGNB Gold, BBCA and Gold Level “Well”.

Due to the sheer scale of the project an indoor landscaped relaxation area will be included, and accessible to the tenants. This building space will consist of an atrium which will be sheltered and tempered. Finally the project plans to incorporate 346 parking spaces.
