New multi-purpose building in Niederanven
This multi-purpose building for shows, theatre, etc. was foreseen as an extension to the city hall. It has a seating capacity for 180 people and comprises of a high mobile stage, stage tower, and a control room. As well as a semi-professional kitchen, there are two conference rooms on the 1st floor separated by a movable partition allowing for independent use. The technical equipment is centralized in a space above the theatre, and finally some ecological installations were incorporated in the building such as a wood chip heater.
