Shopping centre Cactus Ettelbruck
The project involved the refurbishment of a shopping centre including a retail area of 1.600 m2, a snack bar, rental areas for small shops, a storage area of 500 m2 and staff quarters.
Paul Wurth Geprolux was in charge in the project as a technical engineer for technical equipment (HVAC, sanitary, low voltage installations and weak current installations).
The challenges faced during this project were both to respect the tight schedule by performing the studies and works within less than 10 months but also to refurbish the shopping centre in an existing building with a complex structure.
