Wastewater treatment plant LUXLAIT
The new dairy plant of the agricultural association LUXLAIT is designed for 116 Mio kg/year. According to EC directives, large dairy plants need to plan their own wastewater treatment.
However, the scheduled start-up of the waste water treatment plant was 6 months after than the start-up of the dairy plant. This meant that an intermediate solution had to be designed for the waste water treatment, in association with the urban water clarification syndicates.
