Masterplan Belval
During the last years the site of Belval was completely rearranged and gathers notably a shopping centre, a cinema, a concert hall, a rail station, a Park & Ride, a university, a high school, a sciences town, many offices and housing buildings.
Paul Wurth Geprolux managed the whole phase of DGNB certification (German standard similar to BREEAM) for the entire site.
The quarter has been certified DGNB Gold, the best certification to be awarded.
