MASTERPLAN « Emerald City »
Paul Wurth Geprolux and Architect Jim Clemes designed a green urban, architectural and energetical master plan for a plot of 173 ha in Rostov on Don, Russia.
First Buildings will be constructed on a plot of 7 ha, further plots will be developed step by step. The aim is to implement a green business- and residential district, with 2.400 affordable apartments.
