Masterplan « Luxlait-Laduno »
In 2008, Luxlait decided to build a new urban business, housing and leisure complex on the Laduno industrial wasteland, on axis of the future „nothern city„ between Ettelbrück and Diekirch. It is the first major project to bring together the two municipalities. The masterplan foresees housing (apartments), administrative buildings, a hotel (150 beds), and leisure facilities to be determined more precisely regarding profitability calculations.
