Each building consists of a ground floor with technical rooms and a 1st floor with the signal cabin, workrooms and training rooms. The buildings are permanently operated, 24 h per day and 365 days per year. The railway service is never interrupted, goods trains are running by night also. The electric supply and the technical air-conditioning of the buildings are redundant to allow for a permanent functioning of the systems.
